Our Link to the Future
The St. Mary's Youth Group gives our parish teens in grades 6-12 a chance to come together and share and grow in their individual faith and also experience helping other through projects throughout the year.
Some projects in which the Youth Group is involved are the Oktoberfest, St. Ann's Special Olympics Fun Day, Life Chain and Birthright.
Youth Sunday is the first Sunday of each month at the 10:30 mass. During the mass , the youth serve as Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers, Collections, Gift Bearers, and members of the Guitar Group. Also, they sponsor the parish social that follows this mass.
We take a Spring and Summer Retreat each year. Meeting are held once a month on the first Sunday following the 10:30 mass. All other weekends are reserved for social, spiritual and community activities.
